HELP! [07 May 2008|04:00pm] yoursweetescape Hey everyone! I'm new, obviously since none of you know who I am. I'm going to graduate tomorrow, and I need to do my hair! Well, actually I'm having the cosmotology department at school do it...anyway, I want pin curls REALLY BAD! I'm not wearing a traditional graduation cap, because it's nursing school, so the hat won't be in the way or anything. I need to bring in pictures, but I can't find any. The curls are called pin curls, and I've also heard them called victory rolls. Anyway, if anyone knows where to find some pictures, that would be great. I found a youtube tutorial, but since I know the cosmotology department doesn't have computers, it does me no good. Bleaching went well (X posted) [08 Jul 2007|01:39pm] delerious [ mood | impressed ] I didn't end up getting my hair straight out bleached, instead the girl at the salon done a 'bleach bath', which she explained as shampoo with bleach in it. They left this in my ends for about 30-40mins and then done the roots (they only needed about 10mins) She also told me that to dye my hair red/pink/purple etc then i can just bleach my hair to orange and not white. In the end non of my hair broke off or even became weak/brittle, it desn't have that horrible straw feeling and i highly recomend using this 'bath' technique! I created and applied the colour myself by mixing a variety of Fudge colours together. And have some left over for when the colour begins to fade :o) And the results are: ( More pics here ) CHOP
